While we make every effort to operate tours as planned, we reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation, or arrangement. In such cases, we will offer comparable alternatives or provide a full refund.

Experience Sri Lanka acts as an agent in arranging transportation, accommodations, and other services and is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay that may be caused by any act or default of any company or person engaged in providing these services.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
