Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Experience Sri Lanka, we strive to provide the best service possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Tour & Activity Bookings

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the tour date: 100% refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the tour date: 25% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date: No refund

Custom Packages

For custom tour packages, the refund policy will be determined based on the specific services booked and their individual cancellation policies.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future travel.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
